If I make a booking and the weather turns bad, can I reschedule without any additional fees?

Absolutely, we’ll be flexible with the weather. Great weather helps showcase boats and the boating lifestyle, so we’ll work with you to find another time for the shoot. We also know that sometimes things need to happen regardless, so we’ll recommend the best available day and time based on the forecast.

What’s the turnaround time from the shoot to receiving the final product?

We strive to deliver the photos within 24 hours of the shoot. If we're experiencing a high volume of work, we'll keep you informed if it impacts the delivery time.

What are the payment details or terms?

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure any pre-sale photoshoot. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the job, at which point you'll receive a link to download the final images.

Refund Policy
Refund Policy: We do not provide refunds once a booking is made. However, should you need to cancel or reschedule (outside of weather-related changes), please do so at least 72 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
Booking Confirmation & Payment:
To confirm your booking, we require a 50% deposit prior to the photoshoot. The remaining balance is due prior to the release of your final photos. If you prefer to pay in cash, we would need the full payment on the day of the photoshoot.
